NOVOSIBIRSK STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

NSPU at the leadership forum of student initiatives

More than 120 people took part in the offline part of the forum, among them were students and employees who represented the strongest teams of pedagogical universities in Russia; other participants from all over the country joined the forum events remotely.

The creators of the project noted their main goal was to develop and support a community of student leaders who implement projects and organize the work of student associations in various areas of pedagogical activities. The objectives of the project are simple: to unite leaders of the pedagogical student communities; to create conditions for development of teamwork skills of students and staff of pedagogical universities; to organize a common space for work on student initiatives in specialized areas of pedagogical activities.

- It was very interesting. I liked the speakers who gave lectures and classes. The information is really useful and can benefit teachers in their work. No doubt the forum helps you meet new people, and it is always pleasant to make new connections, - said Sofia Sinitsyna, a 3rd-year NSPU student of the Institute of Philology, Mass Media and Psychology.

The Forum included lectures, master classes given by the invited experts, as well as strategic and project sessions. The events of the Forum became platforms to exchange best experience, to develop dialogues with leading experts in education and productive teamwork. There were five areas:

  • the team "Heads of Student Councils";
  • the team "Volunteers of Education";
  • the team "Leaders of Student media";
  • the team "Leaders of Upbringing";
  • the movement "Cultural heritage of the peoples of Russia" (online).

- We were very emotional, but we did our best to present our university at a high level and demonstrate the project in such a way as to convince the audience that our university has enormous potential for development and show that NSPU is a great place to study and grow as a personality, - said Denis Rabe, a 4th-year NSPU student of the Institute of History and Liberal Arts Education.

The leadership forum of pedagogical student initiatives is held for the third time and has already become a traditional event for the student communities of pedagogical universities.
