Acting Rector Sergey Alexandrovich Nelyubov commenced the meeting by extending his heartfelt thanks to the university staff for their dedicated efforts. - The “UchSib” exhibition stands out as a pivotal event for our education system, - emphasized Sergey Alexandrovich Nelyubov. - Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University was represented with great distinction, drawing significant interest from prospective students. Our staff organized a diverse range of activities, including lectures, master classes, and seminars, which engaged the professional community. Notably, Governor of the Novosibirsk Region, Andrey Alexandrovich Travnikov, visited our exhibition space, explored our offerings, and endorsed the “City of the Future” career guidance project. This initiative, a collaborative effort between NSPU, the “Altair” Resource Center, and other universities in Novosibirsk, is set to be expanded to other pedagogical institutions across the Siberian Federal District.
The statistics regarding NSPU's involvement in the UchSib exhibition were shared by Vice-Rector for Regional Interaction and Additional Education, Alexey Dmitrievich Gerasyov. He highlighted that, beyond the main information stand showcasing the university, NSPU also had a presence at three additional venues. These included participation in the regional competition for unmanned aerial systems, organized in partnership with the industrial collaborator LLC "Flytonika," as well as at the "Gaming Hype" venue in conjunction with the "Chkalovets" Children Recreation Center. Furthermore, NSPU joined forces with the "Altair" Resource Center at a collaborative venue, showcasing the university's diverse engagement in the event.
– As a key component of the business program, NSPU successfully organized and hosted 19 events covering a wide range of topics to target audiences, from schoolchildren to members of the professional community. Additionally, the NSPU scientific department conducted a strategic session where university researchers showcased their latest work, - noted Alexey Dmitrievich Gerasyov.
As a remarkable outcome of the "UchSib" exhibition, NSPU received a total of ten gold medals - eight large and two small ones - setting a new record for the university. Vice-Rector for Scientific Work Tatyana Alexandrovna Romm emphasized that this achievement is closely linked to the awarded projects, which embody the university's efforts aligned with the scientific initiatives received from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and initiated by the Ministry of Education of the Novosibirsk Region.
